Dont miss the opportunity to enter the incredible world of Link Pumps on Saturday 17th November as part of the Art and Industry Festival Open Day series.
Since 1994 Link Pumps, run by industry legend John Link and his wife of 40 years Annie Link, has been located on 4 acres in Williamstown backing on to an old migrant hostel. An impressive collection of more than 500 pumps are hired, sold or used for parts.
This proud business in Hobsons Bay is Australia’s second biggest and boasts a full mechanic shop and test facilities. John Link is an ethical and passionate business person who for 60 years, has worked with a wide range of pumps from across the world. Pumps include nylon roller pumps for stabilising sand dunes, pumps for crop spraying, fire fighting pumps, gas pipelines, weed control pumps and irrigation.
Link Pumps are opening their doors to share their incredible knowledge and range of pumps as part of the Art and Industry Festival. There are three sessions offering tours and information to to 20 people per tour. Ages are restricted to 8+years and visitors must wear enclosed footwear.
This event is limited to 60 people across three tours.
